FAMOUS MULTI BIRDS

The Multi Bird Roasts contain skinned breasts rather than the commonly used whole birds, this ensures that there is no wastage, nor does anybody end up with a plateful of soggy skin! We recommend the use of a meat thermometer which takes the guess work out of cooking large birds, also muslin to wrap the birds in during cooking to prevent splitting. Multi bird roasts can be cooked in advance and served cold.  All freeze well.
